Who We Are

ServerSearcher (at ServerSearcher.com) is a trading name of Broadband Innovations LTD. Broadband Innovations LTD is registered in England and Wales as Company Number 13735759. Our registered address is 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, United Kingdom, EC2A 4NE. We might use terms like we/us or our to refer to ourselves. The agreement covers your usage of our website ServerSearcher, primarily at ServerSearcher.com.

Introduction

Unless you are a registered, and approved hosting provider with a custom or different agreement with us (in which case these terms will be in addition to that custom agreement), then these terms and conditions together with our Privacy Policy, (the two we will call the "User Agreement" or within this text just 'this' or 'the' "Agreement") form our entire agreement with you in respect of non-chargeable use of our website and supersede any prior agreement or arrangement with you in respect of ServerSearcher.

Use of ServerSearcher and the services provided via it are strictly conditional upon you accepting these terms and conditions. Unless otherwise specified, your acceptance of this User Agreement shall be indicated by your use of and/or registration with us.

Your Usage of ServerSearcher

ServerSearcher is primarily designed for personal, non-commercial use by persons looking to compare servers and hosting services. Notwithstanding any other clauses in the agreement, any commercial use is strictly limited to businesses who may conduct searches for reasonable, non-automated, internal business use only to facilitate the comparison of hosting services the business is interested in procuring themselves. The singular exception to this is when your organisation is a registered and approved 'Service Provider' or other company who holds a separate commercial agreement with us. You must not use ServerSearcher in any other way without our explicit consent in writing first.

Accuracy and Availability

Our website and all material and information on it is provided 'as is'. ServerSearcher is an information and comparison online web service. We use information about servers and hosting services that has, mainly, either been supplied to us directly by providers, or was/is available on the providers' own website(s). We endeavour not to make anything on ServerSearcher misleading, but we simply cannot represent or in any way warrant or guarantee that the information accessible on or via ServerSearcher is accurate, not misleading, complete or up-to-date.

Liability

Purchasing any product or service (which will be from a third party) via a link listed on any of our websites does not create a contract between us. Broadband Innovations LTD is not a hosting provider. Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damages whatsoever arising from use or loss of use of, data or profits arising out of or in connection with the use of ServerSearcher shall be limited to 110% of any payments made to us directly by you.

May change from time to time as the scope of our services evolves. If you use this site more than once, we recommend you check back here for the latest terms each time you visit.

You may not transfer (or delegate) any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent. This Agreement is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Nothing in this Agreement affects your statutory rights.
